Yo were is he now? Do you know? Does he have a Website or Social Media? Cheers
💖💖💖💖
Im the first one from 2024 ? 👹👍🏻💅🎀
Yea you are great job!!!!
This gives a lot of hazbin spoilers because there was a vaggie with wings and Alastor and Mimzy dancing
The fact that this showed up in my reccomended is SO BLEEPING COOL.
Honestly, I would not feel comfortable showing my drawings to someone just to make a video about - an artist
I thought you knew French 😂
the first fresh comment after 7 years!
7:59 ANGEL!!!
I didn’t want to be greeted by nudity art…I know you have to learn somehow or something but still…I didn’t wanna be greeted by the first thing is nudity
?????? wdym. nudity art is just a drawing like any other. there’s no need to put it in such a bad light. for illustrators drawing naked people is the same as drawing a car; just volume, shapes and shadows. it’s natural
Ахринеть, этому видео уже 9 лет. Персонажи из Хазбина настолько старые...
That teacher is probably really proud now
SHE CHANGED SO MUCH FROM BEFORE TO NOW!
Whas that Angel dust
Probably an earlier design of him
3:47 MIMZY
оррр
Her sketchbook: *Alastor, Alastor, Charlie, Charlie, Angel Dust, Angel Dust, Angel Dust, Alastor, Alastor, Alastor, Alastor, Alastor, Mimzy, Mimzy, Mimzy, Cherri old design.*
Lol yes
This is so amazing
Watching this in 2024
I see A LOT of Angel Dust sketches lol she loves our spider boi!! ❤
She seems talented. She should make a show or something.
OMG LIKE IS ALASTOR THEREEEE
Okay but isn’t this the creator sorry if mistaken but like when I first watched their hazbin and stuff I was like OML I love this they are so good and now i have watched hazbin what 6 times
i also miss the old style...
If these are practice doodles, my drawings are accidental pencil traits on paper
Everytime i think about how artist think about their old pieces, i always stumble across Vivzie, and i get stuck there not being able to think about it because both "i hate my old art" and "i love my old art" sounds right for her
the way the creator of helluva boss and hazbin hotel was in your class 😭🙏🏼
I'm now going to be a sophomore for graphic design, and honestly, it's not really my dream career. I very much not wealthy enough to go to a animated school or illustration. Watching your videos either makes my day or makes me realized I won't be like my heroes. As of right now im making my web comic so hoping that I can make it. Sorry that I said your videos sometimes makes me sad. But I'm cheering for them
I discovered I don't need to learn body diversity to be a good artist 😭
I NEED SPENCER AGAIN
WOOOOO LILY 🦅🦅🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Girl can draw
Seeing genuine sketches and drawings of all the hazbin characters in their early versions is so surreal now

ALASTOR ANGIE AND Mimzy!!!
I already have a bfa in media arts and animation, but I sincerely dream of just taking one of your classes for the sole purpose of getting your feedback on my sketchbooks lol
yo siempre quise dibujar asi
It always makes me so happy to see all these people going to the same school, doing the same classes, yet having such different and unique sketchbooks. I Iove the diversity and the fluidity of especially the female figures in this sketchbook, and the loose almost casual relaxed linework. So pleasing.
OMG I follow her on UA-cam, I was wondering how she was doing because she hasn’t posted in over 4 months also her channel name is @yiddskey07 ❤
easily one of the best
I have general questions about skatchbooks: -is the difference between sketchbook and artbook that one of the two is more organized? I ask this because this one sketchbook seems too organized to be just made at random. -is filling a sketchbook something that needs to he taught/learned? -is making sketchbooks in a certain way some sort of social status? What makes a failed skatch book different from a good one? -why art schools in america from what i can tell ask for sketchbooks before even starting an art school? I hope to get answers someday soon... art has always been my passion but i am really in search of a learning method.
- I don't know if there is an official distinction, but to me a sketchbook is like a journal in which artists (including hobby artists) can draw/paint. Whatever they want, however they want. So it can be doodles, it can be finished works. It can be for practice, it can be for fun. It can be organized, it can be chaotic mess. Often, it's a mix of all of the above. Artbooks, to me, are published books with art in them or made in artful ways. - Everyone can fill a sketchbook, in any way. The sketchbook police won't come by to check your permit. If you want to get tips or tricks, there are many videos on youtube that can be super inspiring. They can also be quite intimidating, so it's important to remember that the main focus should be having fun. And a second focus CAN be to practice and learn. Some artists also have sketchbooks that are just for practice, but adding fun into the mix makes doing art more viable in the long run - I'm sure sketchbooks can give social status. But a lot of artists keep them private, and just use them for themselves. If you care about social status, and you'd like to use the sketchbook for that, that's okay. It's also okay to not care about it. Or just a bit. Or sometimes. Sketchbooks shouldn't be seen as good or bad, or compared to each other. An artist can enjoy filling one sketchbook more than another, or have learnt more from filling one than the other, or got more ideas that actually turned into finished pieces from one than another. They may actually like one sketchbook more than another. But comparing sketchbooks between artists should only be about preferences or how much we get inspired by them. Not about trying to "objectively" say which one is better. It's like comparing childhood photo albums. Both are valuable to those people, both may remind you of some precious memories of yourself, or inspire you to make a photo album in that way for yourself. But it would be crass to call a photo album from one person better than another. - Some art schools ask for sketchbooks as part of the submission process. I'm sure it's about much more than I can see from the outside, but as an avid watcher of sketchbook tour videos, I know three reasons are: weeding out interested people who cannot get themselves to fill a sketchbook for the application because then they might also struggle with course work; encouraging prospective students to draw a lot and therefore both practicing a lot and also getting over that blank paper fear many of us have before getting solidly into sketchbook habits; and of course to get an idea of talent, experience, and mindset If you've seen tours of application sketchbooks, it may seem as if there are all these rules. But let's compare it to singing or dancing or playing sports: everybody can do these, everybody can enjoy them, everybody is allowed to do them in their own ways; as casual or passionately as they want; but if someone wants to go to a dance school, join an orchestra, become part of a sports team, they have to show somehow that they can do it. So they perform an audition, show they can do certain exercises, let the committee see that they can understand and follow instructions, etc. That doesn't mean everybody has to do all of that just to sing a song when taking a shower or dance on a night out. So it really depends on your goals: for getting into one of these art schools where they require a sketchbook as part of submission, your best bet is to look at the requirements of that school, as well as watching some sketchbook videos of people who submitted their sketchbook to that school. If your aim (for now) is just to get into sketchbooking, then just starting one and filling it up with whatever appeals to you is perfectly fine. And if, like me, you need a bit more guidance and inspiration, then youtube is a treasure trove of lovely helpful creative people.
- I think it depends on the definition. people can have different definitions on what an art book is. I would say an art book is made with the purpose to seen, often it has a distinct theme and is either self-published or professionally published. Sketchbooks in the simplest sense are just a book in which you sketch things. no matter if its doodles, visual notetaking or finished pieces. there doesn't have to be a theme (though there can be) and there's often not as much editing for presentation. it's just a book that hold your sketches, it can also be a binder with loose sheets, if that's more your thing, though I like that you can put a date on the front and then see what you worked on and thinking wise in that month when you drew in that book. book also as the advantage that you can take with you when you go to places and paint/draw on the go. - making a sketchbook doesn't have to be taught. you can just buy a book and start painting. it can be used as a learning tool though and it can be used to keep your ideas in one place so that you can easily go back on older thoughts and develop them further. it's a useful tool. just like it's you useful to take notes and practise in any kind of skill you want to learn. - a failed sketch book is *empty*. that it. As long as you use it and draw in it, it's a sketchbook. it can be ugly it can be messy, pretty or super neat or planned...some have a theme, some don't, as long as it's a book with the purpose of you sketching in it, it's a sketchbook... in my book... haha. there is no social status attached to it. It can be used in a social setting though. like... going out and sketch together with art friends and talk about your favourite tools or techniques can be really fun. - I am not sure... I am not American and never went art school. I guess it could be that they want to see that you can a) work consistently on something and b) want to see what your interests are when it comes to sketching. In my opinion, as soon as they are made with the sole purpose to be shown in an application they don't feel like a pure sketchbook though...I mean technically they are... but they are a lot more planned and edited than your average sketchbook. there's not enough abandoned pieces in it...I wouldn't use those as an example how to utilise a sketchbook unless art uni application is the explicit purpose of your sketchbook.
The only sketchbook that is a failed sketchbook is one that is not drawn in. Don't give yourself too many rules. Every artist uses a sketchbook in their own way. My students use it for homework, note taking, experimentation, life drawing, story boarding, character design, etc, etc. Simply put, I just want the students to always be drawing, a sketchbook nearby facilitates that.
These are amazing!! I finally have inspiration again 💞
